Surf practice is a metaphor to life, teaches us to develop patience, to observe and respect nature, it helps us to maintain a positive and relaxed attitude. It strengthens our resilience and prepares us for the most challenging situations of our daily life.

Surf classes happen in one of two beaches with the largest sand area in Ericeira, 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from Quintinha do Mar.
