During these uncertain times, we at Quintinha do Mar, knew we had to adapt and find solutions to keep providing our services to our guests, remotely. As we analysed new solutions, former guests from around the world contacted us wondering how they could implement what they learned during our retreats (from managing their emotions to healthy living and cooking) to their daily routines. That was when we decided to create Discovering Healthy Cooking & Eating, a tool that you will be able to use not just during these uncertain times, but throughout your life.


This online course is the perfect tool for anyone looking for a fresh start or for someone who just wants to further improve their lives after the retreats.

    the food and how it affects you.

Founder - Quintinha do Mar

Paula Rodrigues, 58 years old, is the founder of Quintinha do Mar. In 2012 she idealised about creating a place for retreats, courses and activities that lead us back to our heart,

our home.
 

Paula believes the most important ingredient for a good meal is love.
 

Her favourite method is “simplicity” to help us become aware of ourselves and to dive

into healing and transformation.

Food is one of the main ways to achieve balance, so we should take advantage of the fact that it is a basic human need and start taking care of our body by eating not only healthier, but correctly. If we start taking care of ourselves we will observe how this simple change makes a huge difference in our life. Not only our future selves will thank us for making that change, our families, friends and children will also benefit.
