The inward journey as an alternative

There is always a choice for everything.

When we are comfortable and life is going well, we should be grateful and make the most of it.

When, for whatever reason, things are not so easy, and we start to feel tightness and discomfort, we can look and change this situation, cross over to the other side of the road.

When we are already on the other side of the road and there is still discomfort, when the grip begins to tighten and the air stops flowing, then it is probably not something external, but still there is an alternative:

The journey inwards.
